toutista [τοῦτο+-ista], (theol., w. ref. to Christ's words of institution at the Last Supper) ‘toutist’, one who claims that ‘τοῦτο’, being neuter, referred to Christ's body (σῶμα) rather than the bread (ἄρτος). argumentum ‥ stultum ‥ a quo autores eo nomine ‥ irrisi dicebantur Germanis ‘~ae’ quod ‥ abuterentur sensu illius demonstrationis Gardiner CC 83.
