Richter zu Rom, Cic. ad Att. 4, 16, 6: von Bibulus in Syrien bei seinem Abgange als Verwalter dieser Provinz eingesetzt, Cic. ad Att. 7, 3, 6. – Bekannter A. Veiento

Fabricius. A Roman praetor in A.D. 55, when he ran dogs instead of horses in the games. He was banished A.D. 62, in consequence of having published several libels. He afterwards returned to Rome, and became, in the reign of Domitian, one of the most infamous informers (delatores) and flatterers of that emperor. He also enjoyed the friendship of Nerva (Tac. Ann. xiv. 50; Dio Cass. lxi. 6; Pliny Ep. iv. 22; Juv. iii. 185; iv. 113).
