Vesp. 348, οὕτω κιττῶ διὰ τῶν σανίδων περιελθεῖν, zu nehmen scheint, Schol. ἐν τῷ δικαστηρίῳ ἐσελθεῖν ; od. wie ib. 848 : φέρε νυν, ἐνέγκω τὰς σανίδας καὶ τὰς γραφάς, mit Gyps überzogene hölzerne Tafeln, auf denen die vor Gericht angebrachten Klagen bekannt gemacht wurden, nach Schol. zur ersten Stelle περιέχουσαι τὰ ὀνόματα τῶν εἰσαχθησομένων εἰς τὸ δικαστήριον, ποῖον δεήσει πρῶτον εἰσαχθῆναι καὶ κατὰ τάξιν, u. zur zweiten ἐν αἷς ἔγραφον τὴν μακρὰν ἢ τὴν βραχεῖαν τῆς δίκης ; so bei den Rednern, Andoc. 1.83, Lys. 26.10 ; ἡ σανὶς ἡ παρὰ τῇ θεῷ κειμένη, Dem. 25.70 ; vgl. bes. Isocr. 15.237 : ἐν γὰρ ταῖς σανίσι ταῖς ὑπὸ τῶν ἀρχόντων ἐκτιθεμέναις ἀναγκαῖόν ἐστιν, ἐν μὲν ταῖς ὑπὸ τῶν θεσμοθετῶν ἀμφοτέρους ἐνεῖναι τούς τε τὴν πόλιν ἀδικοῦντας καὶ τοὺς συκοφαντοῦντας, ἐν δὲ ταῖς τῶν ἕνδεκα τούς τε κακουργοῦντας καὶ τοὺς τούτοις ἐφεστῶτας κ. τ. λ., wonach also auch wohl die Namen der Verurteilten so bekannt gemacht wurden.
