ἐσχᾰτ-εύω,
- to be at the end, τὰ ἐσχατεύοντα τῶν δένδρων the parts farthest off, i.e. the branches, Thphr. CP 5.1.3, cf. Plu. Isid. 2.366b; -εύοντες τόποι Arist. Cael. 298a14; to be at the extremity, τῆς Ἀρκαδίας Plb. 4.77.8.
