προφωνέω,
- utter, declare beforehand, Ζηνὸς κότον A. Supp. 617; πήματα, ἄλγη, Id. Ag. 882, Eu. 466: c. inf. fut., AP 5.20 (Rufin.); utter before all, ἠχώ S. El. 109 (anap.); πᾶσιν π. τόνδε ναυάρχοις λόγον gives this order beforehand to all, A. Pers. 363.
