ἠθολόγος, Sitten od. Charaktere schildernd, darstellend, mimisch, bes. komisch die Gebehrden u. Handlungen Anderer darstellend, um Lachen zu erregen, neben θαυματοποιός DS. 20.63 ; vgl. Cic. orat. 2.59 mimorum est enim et ethologorum, si nimia est imitatio. S. auch ἀρεταλόγος.
