ἰαμβέλεγος
ἰαμβ-έλεγος [ῐ], ὁ, an asynartete verse, formed by substituting an iambic penthemimer for the former half of a pentameter, Heph. 15.11.
ἰαμβ·έλεγος, ου (ὁ) vers demi-ïambique, demi-élégiaque, c. à d. pentamètre dont la première partie est un penthémimère ïambique : ⏑ ‒ ⏑ ‒ ‒ ‒ ⏑⏑ ‒ ⏑⏑ ‒, Héph. 15, 13.
