ἐπινέφω,

• bring clouds over the sky, Arist. Pr. 944b26; ἐπινέφει ὁ Ζεύς Alex. 29; ἐ. [ἄνεμος] Thphr. Vent. 61: or impers., ἐπινέφει it is cloudy, Id. CP 3.24.4. (In codd. freq. accentuated as if from ἐπινεφέω.)
