Damnonii

(1) Or Dumnonii or Dumnunii, a powerful people in the southwest of Britain, inhabiting Cornwall, Devonshire, and the western part of Somersetshire, from whom was called the promontory Damnonium, also Ocrinum (C. Lizard), in Cornwall.

(2) Or Damnii, a people in North Britain, inhabiting parts of Perth, Argyle, Stirling, and Dumbarton shires.
