- = μινύθω, reduce, fut. μινυθήσω Hp. Mochl. 40: aor. inf. μινυθῆσαι Id. Off. 17, Liqu. 1 (-ίσαι codd.): pf. μεμινυθήκασι Id. Mochl. 5; the form ἐμινύθη, in codd. of Id. Art. 53, Off. 24, is corrupt for ἐμινύθεε or -ύθει.

μινυθέω, kleiner werden, abnehmen, Hippocr.; für die aktivische Bdtg scheint μινυθίζω, welches sich gew. als v.l. findet, vorzuziehen.
