συκοφαντίας, [ῡ], ὁ, so erklärt man Ar. Eq. 435, ὡς οὗτος ἤτοι καικίας ἢ συκοφαντίας πνεῖ, etwa der Sykophantenwind ; man kann aber auch πνεῖν mit dem gen. verbinden, und hier συκοφαντίας als gen. betrachten ; Andere wollten daher in Καικίας auch Anspielung auf καἰκίας, d.i. καὶ αἰκίας finden.
